Investment Banking segment provides services such as corporate mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and spin-offs, strategic consulting services, bond underwriting, bridge loans and syndicated loans. – Cross-border Bond Issuance – Bonds are marketable securities issued by governments, corporations, banks and other debtors to raise funds in accordance with legal procedures and promised to creditors to repay principal and interest on a specified date. By issuing bonds through APIB, bond issuers can use a wider range of financial instruments (supporting more than 15 currencies) to meet the needs of investors. – Overseas Listing and Restructuring – Asia Pacific Investment Bank is committed to building a comprehensive business platform including mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, and strategic consulting services for corporate customers from China and in various countries / regions. In order to meet the needs of corporate equity financing, it provides three types of financial services based on public securities markets, including initial public offering (IPO), Pre-IPO non-public offerings and reverse takeovers (RTO).

Asset Management segment provides services including the establishment and offering of mutual funds, private equity funds and hedge funds, and offers consultations in portfolio management, financial advisory, brokerage and trading. – Elite Membership – Cross-border Family Foundation – Family wealth management is a complex and diverse business module in the field of wealth management. International Trade finance is a comprehensive financial service to serve transactions of goods and services through the entire supply chain. The scope of services covers trade settlement, trade financing, credit guarantee, hedging, and financial management.

Under the Global Trading segment, Asia Pacific Investment Bank could provide market maker services in interest rate, foreign exchange, commodity, and credit derivatives as well as private equity investment services.
